The lecture covered Japan&#8217;s efforts in developing Iraq&#8217;s infrastructure since the 1970s. This lecture is sponsored by Professor Dr. Alawi Sader Jazaa, the Dean of the College, to discuss with the Japanese delegation the possibility of signing a memorandum of understanding for the establishment of a &#8216;JICA Chair&#8217; related to supporting the academic research and aspects at the University of Baghdad.
