{"id":843,"date":"2024-11-10T07:39:10","date_gmt":"2024-11-10T07:39:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.coart.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=843"},"modified":"2024-11-10T07:39:10","modified_gmt":"2024-11-10T07:39:10","slug":"instructor-from-the-college-of-arts-delivers-lecture-and-psychological-training-to-federal-police-officers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.coart.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=843","title":{"rendered":"Instructor from the College of Arts Delivers Lecture and Psychological Training to Federal Police Officers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Under the auspices of the Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul-Amir Sajet, Dr. Kamal Al Khilani delivered a scientific lecture entitled &#8216;Psychological Stress and its Effects on Mental and Physical Health&#8217; to officers and staff of the Federal Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Dr. Al Khilani defined the main types of psychological stress and explained how they affect health and are associated with various diseases, describing these conditions as having a &#8220;psychosomatic appearance&#8221;. Al-Khilani provided definitions of the most significant psychological stresses, discussing their impact on health and association with various diseases. He described these diseases as having a &#8216;psychological origin with physical manifestations&#8217;. He highlighted well-known examples such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, and explained the connection between psychological factors and physical health from both theoretical and scientific perspectives<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Professor Al-Khilani then provided practical training on how to deal with various psychological pressures in order to mitigate their effects.
