The College of Arts Hosts the “Final Match of the University of Baghdad Basketball Championship for Students”

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Arts – University of Baghdad, Prof. Ali Abdulameer Sajit, Ph.D., and under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Mohammed Abd Mashkoor, Ph.D., the College of Arts – Student Activities Unit, directed by Prof. Mohammed Ali Majeed Zair, Ph.D., organized the “Final Match of the University of Baghdad Basketball Championship for Students.” The final game was held between the College of Medicine team and the College of Languages team, concluding with the victory of the College of Languages team by a score of 17 to 16. The attendees praised the high level of organization and the dedicated efforts that contributed to the success of this sporting event, which fosters a spirit of competition and cooperation among the participating college teams. At the conclusion of the championship, the winning teams were honored by the Dean, who expressed his appreciation for their active participation and emphasized the importance of continuing such sports activities, as they contribute to strengthening social and athletic ties among the university’s colleges.
