The discussion centred on implementing a strategic project to develop state employees’ skills, specifically through diploma studies in a range of scientific disciplines at various colleges within the University of Baghdad. This project encompasses programmes such as community and psychological rehabilitation and peacebuilding in the College of Arts, as well as exploring ways to enhance the programme to align with its academic and functional objectives
The meeting also addressed the need to update admission mechanisms for the 2024-2025 academic year, expand the programme’s qualification areas by incorporating modern knowledge, and propose specialisations to further develop skills for state institution employees in fields such as social studies, security, media, and applied policy formulation
In conclusion, the meeting aimed to advance state employees’ skills through updated diploma programmes and specialised training at the University of Baghdad
