The Northern European Academy for Sciences and Research in Denmark hosted its seventh international scientific conference on humanities and social sciences, which was held in Duhok, Northern Iraq, from October 23 to 27, 2024. The event was attended by a large number of professors and researchers

The conference aimed to continue the dissemination of scientific and humanitarian research in global repositories, either through the Academy’s journals or through various international journals indexed in Scopus for those interested in publishing. In addition, it provided opportunities for the participating researchers to exchange ideas with other scholars, especially through the members of the research centers of the Northern European Academy, especially the Arab-Danish Center for Future Studies, which comprises fifteen units from various disciplines

Among the resolutions of the conference was the opportunity for researchers to present their studies, with active discussions involving the participants in the scientific dialogues that characterized the sessions. On the sidelines of the Seventh Humanities and Social Sciences Conference, a training course was held for researchers on how to write master’s theses and doctoral dissertations, as well as how to publish in international journals and repositories. The course was conducted by Professor Ithmar Kazem Al-Rubaie. At the end of the conference, certificates and prizes were distributed to the participating researchers
